How long will it take to receive my order?

All orders are custom made-to-order. Generally, it takes 7 to 8 working days to prepare your order, followed by the shipping time which depends on your location within India.
What materials are used in your products?

Our products are primarily made from high-quality MDF and various woods, each chosen for its durability and aesthetic appeal. We also use acrylics and metals for specific designs to enhance the product's style and functionality.
Can I request a custom design?

Yes, we welcome custom design requests. Please contact us with your ideas, and our design team will work with you to create a personalized piece.
How should I care for my laser-cut decor items?

To ensure longevity, keep the items dry and dust regularly. Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight and moisture. Use a soft, dry cloth for cleaning.
What is your return policy?

We accept returns in cases of damaged goods or manufacturing defects reported within 7 days of product delivery. Please provide photographic evidence of the damage to initiate the return process.
Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, we only ship within India. We plan to expand our shipping to include international destinations in the future.
